Cheryl Thorton is Co-director of Cloud Mountain Farms near Bellingham, Washington. She has partnered with local restaurants to encourage sustainable and local food vendor partnerships with farmers.

Recently graduated Salma Bashir is Youth Ambassador for the Muslim Educational Trust. She visits high schools to teach students her age about what she experiences as someone who practices Islam.
